Your own home, your own tenancy
People we support hold their own tenancy and have real choice and control over their home, their routines and who provides their personal care.
Specialist mental health supported living in Crawley & West Sussex

Beacon Support Group Ltd provides safe, compassionate and person-centred support that enables adults aged 18–65 with mental health needs to live as independently as possible in their own home — with choice, control and dignity at every step.
What we do
We provide supported living to adults with mental health needs who would otherwise struggle to engage in the community and manage a tenancy. Our pathway offers staged, wrap-around support towards independence.
People we support hold their own tenancy and have real choice and control over their home, their routines and who provides their personal care.
Recovery is personal. We work alongside each person at their own pace, building coping strategies, confidence and emotional wellbeing.
Person-centred risk assessments, clear wellbeing and crisis plans, robust safeguarding and support that is always proportionate.
We work closely with commissioners, social workers, care coordinators, community mental health teams, GPs and housing providers.

How we support people
No two people's needs are the same. Support is agreed with each person, reviewed regularly and delivered flexibly as needs change.
Our values
Supporting people to recognise strengths and make informed decisions.
A meaningful, hopeful life with the right support in place.
Active, valued membership of local communities and networks.
Respectful, coordinated working with everyone involved.
Honest, accountable practice that protects rights and dignity.
A focused mental health model supporting hospital discharge, crisis avoidance and reduced reliance on residential or inpatient services.
Where the person wishes, we involve families and support networks and keep communication open, honest and respectful.
You choose how your support works. We listen, plan with you and review it together as your goals change.
Whether you are a care coordinator, social worker, housing provider or family member, we are happy to talk through what support might look like.
