What we do

Support built around the person, not the service

We provide supported living to adults with mental health needs who would otherwise struggle to engage in the community and manage a tenancy. Our pathway offers staged, wrap-around support towards independence.

Your own home, your own tenancy

People we support hold their own tenancy and have real choice and control over their home, their routines and who provides their personal care.

Recovery-focused and trauma-informed

Recovery is personal. We work alongside each person at their own pace, building coping strategies, confidence and emotional wellbeing.

Safe, least restrictive support

Person-centred risk assessments, clear wellbeing and crisis plans, robust safeguarding and support that is always proportionate.

Joined-up partnership working

We work closely with commissioners, social workers, care coordinators, community mental health teams, GPs and housing providers.

How we support people

Practical, emotional and everyday support

No two people's needs are the same. Support is agreed with each person, reviewed regularly and delivered flexibly as needs change.

  • Daily living skills, routines and personal care
  • Medication prompting and administration
  • Tenancy sustainment, budgeting and correspondence
  • Mental health appointments and professional liaison
  • Relapse indicators, coping strategies and crisis prevention
  • Education, volunteering, employment and community life
